One more deep inhale, all the way down to your navel, hold for a second or two and then slowly exhale. Set the mood, candles, diffuser, soft lighting, towels. Set the water to your desired temperature, and add one or one and a half cups of this absolutely delicious blend of Epsom Salt (for your muscles and magnesium your body needs), Baking Soda (for the emotional stuff, and pain relief) corn flowers, lavender infused organic olive oil, as well as some of our favorite happiness inducing essential oils.
