I have been using this spray (or similar combination) for several years in place of perfume. The citrus oils are uplifting to the mind and heart, and it just smells fantastic!! Grapefruit, lemon, bergamot, lime, orange and spearmint! Grapefruit is cleansing to the aura and mental body which helps release confusion and mental chatter. Lemon is very light and improves focus. Bergamot releases the need to be in complete control so that we can flow with life more easily. Lime essential oil help to relieve irritation, worry and stress that creates unhappiness. It also helps ground the body by pulling the energies inward and centering an individual—this is why it is so useful for stress and fear–you cannot leave your body. Orange releases self judgment, obsessions and fears so the emotional body can be restored and balanced. When we release these negative and highly charged emotions we can see clearly again and make better choices for our life. Spearmint helps people establish safe boundaries and feel protected when releasing old beliefs. It brings about more self-trust which is important in moving forward and overcoming negative emotions. The addition of gemstones, just amplifies the vibration of happiness. The blend also contains a small amount of witch hazel (to help keep the oils suspended). Shake well before each use.
